All members (regular, group self-insured and associate) are eligible to win PSIA's Workers' Compensation Award of Excellence. The Award if for 2009 and the deadline to submit your initiative is Decemeber 31, 2009.

Implement a creative management or administrative practice to reduce workers' compensation costs and/or injuries? Streamline processes? Resolve a legal case uniquely? Improve safety? Develop procedures or programs that improved the bottom line? Improve medical management of claims? Develop a novel approach for claim investigation or surveillance? Implement cost saving programs? Develop an effective light duty and/or return-to-work program?
